Here is a delicious, tender and easy to make Munster chicken supreme recipe.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 30 g semi-salted butter
- Salt pepper
Munster sauce
- 100 g of Munster
- 16 cl of white wine
- 10 cl of fresh cream (30% fat)
- 2 pinches of cumin
- Salt pepper
Chicken supreme, munster sauce
For the munster sauce:
- Crust the munster, cut it into pieces. Place it in a small saucepan with the white wine and crème fraîche. Melt over low heat, then increase the heat to obtain a smooth sauce.
Add the cumin, season.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter, place and cook the cutlets for 5 minutes on each side (the cooking time varies according to the thickness). Season.
- Arrange the escalopes on hot plates, cover with the Munster sauce.

- This dish can be served with spaëtzles (Alsatian noodles), fresh pasta or green cabbage.
- You can also use pork or veal tenderloin for this recipe.
