Flavors
Spinach fondue (in young shoots in spring or beautiful leaves blooming in winter) is a basic that fits into many preparations: in a quiche or in a risotto, with gnocchi, pasta fresh with petals Parmesan cheese or some eggs casserole, accommodated with coriander fresh chiseled for an exotic note or somesorrel for a more tangy touch to accompany a fish "Steam" ... everything suits him!
Enjoy your meal !
