As original as it is delicious, this recipe for savory pie with Petits-Suisses should delight everyone.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 big leek
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. coffee of turmeric
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of curry
- 70g grated Emmental
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Pastry :
- 300 g gluten-free flour for bread
- 4 small Swiss
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 60 g semi-salted butter
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, place the flour, biscuits, chia seeds, diced semi-salted butter and a good pinch of salt. Add 5 cl of water to bind the dough, then let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).
- Wash and mince the leek, steam it for a few minutes in a steam oven (or in a casserole dish).
- In a salad bowl, relax the cream cheese with the cream, season with salt, pepper and spices.
- Roll out the dough thinly, place it on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of baking paper.
- Prick the bottom of the dough.
- Spread the cream cheese preparation on the tart, add the steamed leek.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the Emmental and drizzle with olive oil, bake for 20 minutes.
